EU Orders - IOSS (Import one Stop Shop)

StickeredUp4LeMans Ltd are now able to ship directly into Europe. Order values below €150+VAT* will be despatched by Royal Mail International Trackled services and there will be no import or tax duties.

Over values above €150+VAT* will be sent via DHL and you will be liable to pay the tax and any duties upon delivery

• IOSS Registration: StickeredUp4LeMans Ltd is IOSS registered.
• No Import Taxes or Duties: If your order is below €150+VAT* before shipping, there won't be any import taxes or duties to pay on arrival in the EU.
• Displayed Prices Include VAT: Product prices are displayed including VAT, and the total VAT amount is visible during checkout.
• VAT Collection and Payment:
  • For orders below €150+VAT*StickeredUp4LeMans Ltd collects and pays the VAT directly to the relevant EU government through the IOSS scheme meaning you won't need to pay anything upon arrival.
  • For orders above €150+VAT* you will not pay any tax at the checkout. Your order will be despatched by DHL who will contact you prior to delivery to request payment of the tax and any duties.

IOSS Explanation

StickeredUp4LeMans Ltd is IOSS registered, which means you won't have to pay import taxes or duties for orders shipped to the European Union as long as the total before shipping is below the €150+VAT* threshold. This allows you to add up to €150+VAT* worth of items to your basket without incurring additional taxes when your order arrives in your country. Note that shipping charges are separate and don't count toward the threshold. 

Our prices are displayed including VAT for all EU countries by default. If the total of the items in your cart is below €150+VAT*, the VAT amount will be shown at checkout. However, if your basket exceeds €150+VAT*, the prices at checkout will be displayed without VAT, and no VAT total will be visible. If the prices you see at checkout are lower than what you previously saw, it means your cart has surpassed the threshold, and you are now viewing prices that exclude VAT. In this case, the correct import tax rate will be charged when your order arrives in your country.

If, for any reason, you are charged import taxes for orders below €150+VAT*, please contact us immediately, and we will provide you with an electronic invoice showing that the correct VAT has already been paid. You can then pass this invoice to the customs authorities.

Note: The threshold, excluding VAT, is €150. Refer to the table below for the exact threshold for your specific country.

Rest of World - For convenience and price we offer 2 options for International shipping. A Regular Airmail service (no tracking or signature required) and an Express International service for all other orders. The Regular Airmail service is for lower price, lower weight, non time-sensitive items and can take up to 28 days for delivery (NB At busy times of the year this can take a little longer). Please note that there is NO TRACKING available for this service. Please select the most appropriate service for your order.

NB. All International Shipping prices are based on delivery to main metropolitan areas. Areas deemed as ‘Remote Areas’ by the courier companies will be subject to additional charges. If, when we book your shipping, your delivery address is classed to be in a remote area then we will contact you to take additional payment.
